Frances has lived in Morris County NJ all of her life. Married 15 years, she and her husband nurture a family of three boys and three canine children, Scratch, Remi, and Timber. Frances has a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University in Secondary Education and a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from Rutgers University.
