While attending late meetings and navigating the Rt. 80 traffic, they worried about Duncan waiting patiently at home, needing the care and exercise they couldn't always provide. After struggling to find high-quality pet care for their "fur child," Gina and Patric were inspired to create The Peaks Pet Nanny, a service committed to reliable, loving pet care.

Gina, a Rowan University graduate with a degree in business, started her career as a VP at Citibank, where she provided technical software support to corporate clients. She later became a corporate staffing manager, bringing her skills in recruitment, sales, and management into The Peaks Pet Nanny. She personally selects and trains each Peaks Pet Nanny, ensuring the team shares her commitment to professional service and compassionate pet care. Gina is certified in Pet First Aid/CPR and has experience administering medication, including insulin injections. She also brings her expertise to others in the field, teaching at Middlesex County College and offering business coaching for fellow pet-sitting entrepreneurs.

Patric, a Rutgers University graduate with over 20 years in finance and accounting recruitment, officially joined The Peaks Pet Nanny in 2014 to help manage the company's growth. Together, Gina and Patric are deeply committed to providing outstanding client service and supporting their extended family: a trusted team of over 50 Professional Pet Nannies who share their dedication to caring for each client's pets with respect and love.
