Joe lives in Sparta, NJ, and has been a dog lover since childhood. His friends have included Terriers, German Shepherds, Labs, and his Australian Shepard / Catahoula "Raylan." He loves taking Raylan on walks, hiking in the woods, and seeing all his friends at the dog park. Joe is semi-retired, having run his business for over 16 years. His company regularly placed him in clients' homes, and he understands the importance of privacy, reliability, and punctuality.
